weight:water fruit raw vegetables on a daily basis
nooo cheese bread junk food desserts
5 little meals a day
3 times a week meat (chicken,fish)
body:30min walk a day , 3h a week at the gym
double chin:emphasize on the parts of your face that you like most and accentuate them with make up
noone will notice double chin then

Your question poses a substantial threat to your own character. Actually you want to change yourself. You want to become some one else, if not mentally, atleast bodily. The moment you wish to become some one else, there arises the question of "existencialism", such as "who am I?".

Never do plastic surgery or any kind of cosmetic surgery to modify any of your look just becuase you dont like it or some people do not like it. As Shakespear Said "Beauty is on the beholder's eyes".

Keep in mind......you can never become some one else.....if you try to become some one else......beside loosing your own identity...you will never become some one else. .....

Be yourself confidently....win over others...

Avoid oily food,junk food and sweets and also drink lots of water and when u get time try to strech ur facial muscles and also look up and down daily do some neck exercises...

Liposuction of the fat over the chin would help. Excess fat in the abdomen and arm can also be sucked out and the shape can be restored
