i wonder why you wanna do that because all women pray for full lips
anyway just avoid eat salt or salty things because it keeps the water on the lips (i don;t know how to say the proper thing in english,sorry)
and use the right makeup:i think lip liners make the lips lokk smaller a s wwell as darker colours and no lip gloss

your lips do thin with age. but you could blend foundation over them powder and use a lip liner to draw on the size u want and fill with lipstick. Or you could go to a Mary Kay rep or any dept store cosmetics counter and get a free makeup lesson.

You can't. But there are makeup tips to make them look thinner. Eventually they thin with age as well.

with a lip liner, make a lipline within your natural lip line, fill it up with ur lip paint. and cover ur natural line with a foundation
