It is a great loss to the wildlife societies of the world. He has invloved in studying the animals behavious and physiology, learned about the animals and informed about the animals to the world. you would have thought it would be soemthing that you think of as dangerous right off, not a stingray.I would have thought a shark, a crock or one of those poisonous snakes that he liked to pick up on the show. either way it is sad when anyone looses their life.
