Try halfords or motor factor around £12 for a Haynes manual, they stock most European models. The rover 400 is a rover 45 except for the revised front end. or alternatively a Honda civic manual '95'to'00' same body, engine and interior.

Some UK libraries have all the Haynes Manuals - try there first... since you'd be able to borrow it for a month without charge, you'd probably have fixed your problem by then!

Ebay is the best place to get the cheapest price on the manual because if you go to a mainstream place they will charge you £30.
