in study u have to concentret on your goal first you have to decide where to goi.e.set the goal
if you stand in 4-rods lokation and i say that go only go
then where you r going?
without direction you will not able to going any where
so set trhe goal and tell it topeople that this is my goal so if you bifurgeted from your goal then they will remember you about your goal
