What are the THM files that have the same numbers as my picture files for? Do I have to keep them if I move the jpegs from my camera to a folder on my pc, or can I delete them? Thanks

Thumbnail images.... smaller quick preview versions of the full size original. Makes for easier and quicker subsequent locating of images.

dear member,
dont b panic!! it is a cache file of thumbnails, it define images that when user open picture folder user should c the image inside a file without opening it u can easily delete it, it depends on u and if u just move ur jpegs and not the thm files then u can c ur pics as a thumbnail.

in windows xp there is a premade folder called my pictures its a good example for u click on view and try to mess with it hope u can understand!!!!!!!!

thank U

These are thumbnails of all your pictures, so are safe to delete.
