a lot of times i feel difficulty to show affection to others, and it's really bad. sometimes i feel it's better not to feel anything to others..so i wont be troubled by my inability to show affection. what can i do to handle it?

Hugging, a kiss on the cheek....these are all acceptable ways to great a friend, but if you are not comfortable that is ok too. Your friends know you and if they are true friends they will accept you as you are. I suggest you just flash them one of the incredible warm smiles you have and I'm sure they will simply be happy to be around you. We all have different comfort levels, find yours and be ok with it, others will follow...

Life is short. If you have difficulty expressing affection, compensate for it verbally by letting them know you love and appreciate them.

Hugs, kisses on the cheeks, buy them food sometimes, send them e-cards for their birthdays, take them out for dinner occasionally, give them money when you can afford it (for close family).
