A skin care specialist would know better, but I'd recommend going to a specialist who does not use steam (but warm towels) and use a lot of massage (japanese facial they call it I guess).
As for milk of magnesia that was recommended above, it's good for oily skins not dry ones.

Hi, I have same age with you, after deliver my 2nd child, I have same cases with you. My remedy that I used is I took Obagi and eat a lot of fruit. Hopefully it's work for you.
