Sorry, but this is bunkum of the first water. People don't have energy fields, and the notion of bringing a field into coherency with the universe makes no sense whatever.

Not possible if you also want to live as a human. Sometimes wisdom eschews that which is divine. Focus on living a good life to and for yourself; know that what you put on other people is fallible and not always just. Keep your mouth. If you live well, it will reflect on and within your environs.
