i realy wanna know , our house dosn't have that big of a back yard so the dog will poo everywhere :p but im still not convinced which one is better ???

dogs! cats have no respect for you, they approach you only when they want something and then they shed and tear up your blinds ect. they dont learn and cant be trained. Dogs develope a relationship with you, they pick up on your emotions and have great respect for honorable owner. also they are much more intelligent and can learn tricks and stuff so dogs hands down

I don't really like cats because they own you,they are self centred and they just lie around all day, but a dog is such a wonderful companion and you can rumble with it and take it for walks etc. If you don't have a big back yard get a house dog and I reckon he/she will love you and be so happy to see you every day. No question about it a dog is so much better.

Let's put it this way ....
A cat is like a teenager. You can leave them alone for longer periods without too much worry about them.
A dog is like a toddler, who can almost never be left alone. I think it's something to do with them being pack animals.
My husband and I have both and we often use this joke in describing 'the kids'.

Depends on what responsibilities you are looking for. Do you want him/her to greet you at the door when you get home? Dog. Do you have a lot of contemplative time? Cat. What do YOU want?

I'd say a dog. A dog's more lively than a cat, which just sits all day purring.

Cats are more lovely but more stupid, wil use your house as a bathroom while dogs are helpful and can learn.
Also cats dont love you, they love your house, food and ecerything you have, not you.
