is it limited for girls with brown hair and brown eyes?

it looks good with bolden/brown/yellow eye shadow
and coral/orange/neutral lipstick
and peach blush
it's not limited but i woundn't recommend it on black-haired ladies with black eyes or blue eyes

Nope, any hair color can use brown mascara. Especially more realistic on natural blondes and redheads compared to black mascara which looks too harsh esp. during the day. If you have dark hair this works best in the daytime. At night darker haired girls look best in black so they won't look washed out

no but navy liner and mascara looks bit better brin\gs your eyecolor out#
