i got married at the age of 16 and had my first born at the age of 16 too, since i married young and had a family young i lost all of my friends because i stoped partying, drinking, acting wild and going out. now i'm 26
for years i felt complete just by having my family members around, i still feel very happy and greatful to have my family, but i am starting to feel that i need to make some friends,i feel lonely, people always take a liking to me but i am scared to take the next step, it is very hard for me to socialize and carry on a conversation, what should i do to become less shy and more outgoing and more confidant?

You are feeling this way because you did not get a chance to enjoy your teen years but don't fret,it is not too late, you're not in the grave yet. You are still young, take up some classes at the community college in your town, that is a surefire and healthy way to meet others because they are all there for the same thing,to do something postive and constructive. Not only that,it will raise up your confidence level and you will be doing something uplifting and inspiring for your 10 year old child.

you need 2 build up some confidence first of all.......dont be shy this is modern world....in todays lyf no 1 worries who is happy and who is not....you need to take care of ur own...if u have kids,u shud be thr best friend then....coz moms are the best friends of the children.....ask themm to share their talks with you so that with that you will also feel better n u wont feel lonely......you must join some course either like computer course or something like that which will keep u busy n ur mind will b diverted in some other thing.......

Join a sports team or a club that has other women your age. Joining a group of some sort instantly bonds you with others who share a common interest. It could be anything from playing softball or attending a scrapbooking crop. Just get out and meet others, it will get easier with time.

Well then go to clubs and socialize and have fun. If your not a person who goes to the clubs then hang out with some male friend and slowly become closer. If that doesn't work try taking risk in life and try crazy things like drugs and beer!!!!!!!! JUST KIDDING! But you should take risk if not then your life will be dull.

You must join some club in your own city or town , must spend weekend's there for at least few hours , join there cultural activities , offer your services by assisting in so many other things they need volunteers , I am confident you will be happy to take this step .

when having a conversation with someone look them in the eye and always keep your head up and your hands open at your sides, not in fists. after awhile from your feeling secure with yourself and your body language showing the security, you will become more confident in yourself.

Unborn tomorrow
Dead yesterday
If today is happy we can live with merry.

Dance like no one is watching
Sing like no one is hearing
Think as if you are the best
No one cares what you do
Hell with all. Go out and you do what you wish.
