does anyonoe know what is wrong with his neck? looks as thought the guys had his throat slit. is it a birth deformity or somoething? i really dont know but i wouldnt wanna meet him in a dark alley

He had an accident with boiling water when he was a child. he could have had plastic surgery when he was younger but he did not want to miss 4 months of playing football in the park so he told his mother he didnt want it.
P.S. i cant wait to see him in action for the mighty hammers.

I know exactly what you mean, I found it incredibly distracting in the recent World Cup.
After the first time I saw him I immediately googled it.I found two results. One being that he was in a car accident and the other being that he was in a car accident. I came to the conclusion that he was in the car accident and that a fire was involved thus the scars...Luckily the scars do not inhibit his talent!

ya its a mark due to boiling water. last year he said he wouldn't
remove it . he's a humble guy. so don't worry about meeting him
in dark alley.
