They're only for fun.
No two peoples' personalities are the same. Those test are either completely for fun or just make generalizations that can apply to all people.

It's just like a horoscope - you can take it seriously or not. If reading one or participating in one gives you some kind of insight, then good. If not, who cares? Hey this answer puts me at lvl 3!
