so that who ever views my webcam sees my videos that i have showing or playing

Hi,
check out StickerCam:
http://www.stickercam.com
click the Broadcast Tab in the program.. then in the program you want to show the video select the webcam device as WackyB-StickerCam.
When you drag'n'drop (or click the browse button) video's they will be shown as your webcam.. use the pan and zoom buttons and filters/effects to add to it :)

Point the cam at the screen while the movie is playing? LOL you need a different device hooked up (like a vcr or cam corder hooked up to your pc with a campture card) then in the config screen for the webcam program, select the other device as the cam & it will send that video instead.

the obvious answer is to put the webcam on your shoulder ... realizing that webcams are not smooth streaming ... a video of a video will lose a lot in the transmission as well a clipping scenes and sounds out due to the nature of webcam connections ... you are at the mercy of the site you use to webcam through (i.e. yahoo or msn) if you want someone to see your videos, send them the file ...

ist really dificult to do this properly without a flat screen monitor if u dont have one of those then that is really the only way except for having a excellent cam
