SAP Inquery?

I am business development manager from IT and ITES domain with almost 6 years of experience. Please do let me know weather i can go for SAP course and which module, but iam not technical person. How is it beneficial and is it advisable?

You can start as junior CRM consultant after a SAP CRM training.

SAP has various modules like
FI: Financial, BW: Business Warehouse, CRM: Customer relationship management etc. Since your expereince is in ITES industry, CRM should suit you well. Dont worry about being technical or non-technical. You can become a functional consultant.
