you should stop having sex for a while and see if you are still getting cramps and go to the doctor because cramps that early may mean a sign of miscarage which can happen any time up till your at least 24 weeks pregnant and i wouldnt want that to happen to you, i hope everything is ok

yes, i think it is a concern.
be careful what you eat & drink.
if you eat meat make sure its cooked with no red bits.
turkey or duck may be better anyhow.
drinking red cordial made me miscarry.
drinking chamomile with red raspberry tea made my cramps go away.
olive leaf extract was also excellent for taking cramps away.

all these things work for me, perhaps it may be of some help to you too!

i believe to have a happy baby a mother must not eat yeast in any form and take olive leaf extract to protect the immune system.
blackcurrants & evening primrose with fish oil also makes happy mums & babies.
adelle davis says beautiful babies happen bwith a regular intake of cod liver oil.
of course a complete pregnancy formula from the health store should balance the essential vitamins / minerals / amino acids for you and the precious new baby.
lots of luv

I have heard that cramping that makes you double over is cause for concern. I would probably go in to the ER if I were in your shoes. I hope everything is okay. Defiantely go in if you see any beeding!!

ur partner should be more gentle, may be... I also have after sex cramps sometimes (8 months)... but if they r really bad, u better be concerned and consult with ur OB.Some women have to avoid sex or at least orgasm since their womb starts contracting a lot.

I would not do anything that causes cramps. Talk to your OBGYN.
