Bad experience at, like a focus group but one-on-one, for toothpaste. Guy thought I wasn't taking it seriously enough (maybe he changed his mind when I burst into tears, I don't know--yes I was pregnant)--how seriously can you take questions like "What's your third most important consideration when choosing a toothpaste?"? If I don't have a second I don't have a third!
This was 8 or 11 years ago (I don't remember which kid I was pregnant with). Geez.
