As a captain in crisis situation Ganguly is the better one, the way he bite his nails in pressure situations suggests that he is really into game and he is thinking deeply... but dravid is somewhat different, I'd rather say he is 'passive' in the field, I remember the match that india lost of sri lanka (a few months back) I think india could have won that match if ganguly would have been the captain....
So my vote goes to Ganguly...

Doesn't matter as long as team is winning. Two captains can not be compared because both are working with different approach and both have worked with different coaches also. Dravid has already established player in his team. While Ganguly nurtured those players when they were in the beginning of their international careers. So don't compare those two captains as long as team is winning and performing good.

Yes cuz the captain should always perform well on the field to demand the same his team.
Dravid leads from the front, scores runs, sets an example to others & doesn't get into conflicts with anyone.
Ganguly was a good tactician (usually) but his lack of runs, confrontations with the coach & other officials and the team's ODI performances brought about his downfall.

no matter, who is the captain, very important the team wining level goes high and for that the co-ordination between the the players.ganguly had done very well under the bad circumstances even so on the other hand dravid is well talented player, knows how to grouped the player.

It doesnot matter, who is captain. As cricket is a team work and if players are united, they give good result otherwise no.
