Okay almost a year on Oct. 29th i had a really bad experance with my ex. after i've never felt the same again i ended up lying to my mom when she asked me about it but on April 29th i had a panic attack and ended up telling her but now i feel very unsafe all the time i need to know is this normal? if so will it ever go away and if not is it possible i could undergo another panic attack if i feel this way for a long period of time?

Well, i think you need someone to be with. Doesn't have to be boyfriend. Maybe your family or friends whom you are sure will be comforting you everytime the panic attack happens. Panic attack is actually in the mind of the person. They need to be calm a lot. In severe case, you might seek help from a psychiatrist but supports from other people usually more helpful.

Well, since you neglected to tell us what the bad experience was, we have no way of knowing whether your panic attacks are reasonable or just overreaction. You'll need to be a LOT more specific.

please pray, you need to talk with God, He'll give you the help you need, the LOVE you need. Go somewhere where you can be alone and talk with HIM!
