Well we have all gotten stupid at one time or another havent we?Movie stars, rock stars, news reporters[sorry Dan Rather],and even Jesse Jackson who calls Jews Himies in public, have all gotten stupid. But at least he did make an apology, dont think Jessie ever did or Al Sharpton..,two of the biggest racists there is.So yes I will always love Mel Gibson and his movies.

Everyone makes mistakes. I love Mel Gibson. He's a great actor, and a good person. If he was just an average citizen it never would have made the news.

Okay Brown, Everyone makes a mistake in their life time. And just because he is a movie star and well known, doesn't change my feelings and thoughs about Mel Gibson. He has said,he is deeply sorry,so what else does he have to do? I will still watch his movies and his new ones to.Haven't you gotton drunk and said or done something that you are really sorry about!!!! So, just drop it about Gibson.

Ä° donot like the hugh beard he is sporting now a days. Ä° think he looks good without a beard like in all his movies. Maybe if it was shorter or how about a goatee. Apart from that Ä° love his movies especially braveheart and patriot.

Have always loved Mel and always will - he's an actor, producer, director, etc. - he's not a family member or personal friend - I may not agree with stuff I hear on the news relating to him, but to me that does not change his talents and contributions to the film industry. "Braveheart" is a great epic and always will be.

I still like him...it doesn't matter what he is now..as long as his acting performance is not affected.
