One last thing that is bothering me is that my ex husbands ex girlfriend was only 20 when he was 35. I just found this out today. MAKES ME SICK... almost like a pedofile. I would kill a man if they were with my daughter that young. WTF>>>>> is there something better about young girls that older men like? if so... what is it? the dominance? The youth? Are they better in bed...????? LOL... I already know that they arent... but I want some answers for why a man would be with a 20 year old girl at age 35??????

I am not sure that this is totally socially acceptable. If you asked a reverse question like, is it sick for a 35 year old woman to date a 20 year old man, most people would say that is sick. I think that dating some one that much younger clearly shows a total insecurity with their age, and most of these girls that want a more mature man... as they state... actually want $$$$$$$$$$

I rarely dated a man less than 12 years my senior.
My daughter is the same.
When I was 22 I married her father ... who was 37. We were together 18 years. Now I am married to a wonderful man who is 13 years older.
My daughters partner is 14 years older.
I think the issue for you is the hurt from your ex ... and the age thing is just another sore spot to point at.
I am sorry that he hurt you, don't let the bitterness hurt you more.

Usually to make themselves look good. Or feel younger themselves. I think it is vanity. Although my husband is 10 years older than me. I was 17 and he was 27 when we first got together. I liked him because he was matured, and didn't act stupid like the guys my age did. That was 12 years ago. And we have been married for 11 years and still going strong.

i know 1 thing..shes 19 but his fiance is 50,they are happy..because they love eac other. so age doesnt matter at all.
