Can any one of u Great Designers tell me how to convert a .DWG file from Autocad to an .AI or .CDR file???

That should confuse u all :)

No, really i need to convert it and i need all the help i can get.

If you have CorelDraw 10 or above, it will import a DWG file very nicely, and you can save it as a CDR at that point. Or, you can then export it to .ai if you'd rather have the Illustrator file.

Earlier versions of Corel do import DWG, but the proportions are not always correct.

If you don't have Corel, you can go to corel.com and download a trial version of the software.

It's very simpe ! Import DWG into Corel 11 or 12 or 13 and save it as CDR !

Easy.

U copy from cad, then paste in AI.

other way is, import .DWG into AI document.

go to google, search for .AI or .CDR conversion. there are many conversion kits available.
