I cant believe at 37 years old this still happens??

It happens to males of all ages. Even little boys. My son is 3 and it scared him the first time it happened. It really has nothing to do with sex. It actually comes from the bladder, and the need to urinate. it can last all your life, don't worry about it.

At 37, if you did not have that happening there would be something wrong. My husband says that it happens because it's your bodie's way of checking that everything is still functional (ie no erectile disfunction). Be happy that you have morning wood and you do not need Viagra.
