how to retrieve the adminstrator account?

Can anyone help me ! When I create a new user with adminstrative account, I had use 'ADMINSTRATOR ' as the usermame. So when I log in, this account has vanish. I cannot install any program or create new account because the user account in which im log into has limited account
any1 has any idea how to create an adminstrator account in this situation

if you using windows xp
1. turn on computer
2.at the welcome screen press ALT+CTRL+DEL
3. screen must change if it didn't. try again
4. a window is appeared, now you can type user name and password
5. type administrator and type its password
6. when going to windows make a new user with another name such as your name
