I feel badly for his family, but when you're a risk taker like him, it's bound to happen sooner or later....it IS sad though.

Very upset.
I just answered another question about it. At first I was thinking I haven't heard of many people dying after being stung by a stingray. But when I read that he had been been killed actually by the stingrays barb that went through his chest, I was more than shocked. I just hope he didn't suffer, that it was quick. He and Terry have brought many enjoyable hours of good TV into our home.
I can't even imagine what she must feel like. And now she's left to raise two such small children. But his legacy lives on.
He will be missed, and never forgotten I'm sure.

I couldt believe it! I went to Yahoo! and saw it and did a lyke double take..I had to read the story to believe it. I feel bad, and shocked just because hes been doing it for so long had his head by some many dangerous animals and being stung by a sting-ray isnt how I imagined him to go out. Yes It is very sad tho, Doesnt he have lyke 2 small children, thats really disapointing.. he was an Icon(it sounds weird to say that but its true... every1 knows who he is and wut he does..) RIP.

yeah died becuse of StingRay shot to the heart although death is very rare in StingRay's sting he died .
StingRay Venome Pralizes Muscel and causes a lot of bleeding becuse the Sting itself is like Bee, but it cannot be removed easily becuse of Back ward hook kinda of like a fishing hook.
he was a great man and a animal lover he will be missed by a lot of people.

I found out about it just a few minutes ago. I am a little sad. He was an interesting character and he loved animals, so it's a big loss. I feel sorry for his family.

yes that is sad but he put his life on the line and knew the consequence...but there was another report on there that was sadder ....6 children killed in a Chicago fire....no electricity.....6 innocent kids...1man that knew the danger....i will say the kids were sadder......don't you ?
