I am looking for some opinions on what makes a good/bad coffee shop. Is it atmosphere? Employees? Strictly the coffee? Efficientness? Location? Live bands/entertainment? Open 24hours? I would love some feedback.......

My favorite aspect of my local coffee shop is that they are fast, always very friendly, always say hi to you, and always get your order right. The atmostphere makes you feel that you are at home. There is no live bands, but they do have a CD playing in the back ground. It is not open 24 hours. More like a 8-5pm type of hours. This place that i'm describing is Starbuck's!

My favorites about the place I go are that they are open 24\7, the service is very speedy for me, they all know me by name. There used to be some waitresses I didn't like there, who were always acting stuck up and better than all the other customers, wich offended me but they are gone now due to one too many complaints. They play just some background music in the place, I'm not much for live bands in small areas. Oh yeah, the coffee is good there too;)

If smoking is allowed in a coffee shop, I never set foot in the place. If the staff are not clean, polite and know what they're doing, I never go back again.

I hate Starbucks, every time I drink it I feel like I'm on a high and I will fail the next drug test!!!
