Pros: Fought against the imperial powers that abused all South American countries for personal gain.
Cons: Like most successful leaders of anything, he sometimes used immoral methods in his battle against the imperialists.
Overall, I admire the reasons for his struggle against imperial powers, but I can't say I stand behind some of his methods.

Che was among the pro-Communist revolutionaries. Once Communists got power, they killed a lot of innocents who were not their supporters and Che was no exception. Eyewitnesses talk of his dragging people out of hospitals and executing them for not being with the Party.
Fidel Castro explained that his 'pro-democracy' revolutionaries did not call themselves Communist until after they had secured their power base. They didn't want to give away the game until they had won.

Pros-
Wanted to free South America from corruption and give power to the people.
Cons-Admitedly killed by the CIA
Conclusion.......Dont try to free people or the government will kill you.
