Can anyone tell me what radio stations in my area would play a late-night radio show called, "Mystery Theater"? And if it's still on the air.
Although I grew up in south-central Kansas, and also listened to it while living in southeast Connecticut, I now live in western Oklahoma. I miss listening to it and hearing that creaky door.
Believe it or not, but I also learned an unknown fact about Hitler from that show and got to listen to Edgar Allen Poe's "In the Rue Morgue", as well.

As far as I know, the only place you can hear those shows is on the internet stations. I really enjoy hearing these programs again.

I have two favorite stations for old time radio: WNAR AM in Pennsylvania plays Mystery Theater and many other shows from the good old days. There is a weekly program schedule.

http://www.wnar-am.com/ You don't have to register for this one, just select your player type and listen. However, you can also access it from Live 365 site, but it's easier to launch the player from the web site.

The other is at http://www.n1dk.com, and there is a playlist on this web page. This one is broadcast over Live 365: http://www.live365.com/index.live You can listen free, but you have to register.

Go here: http://www.radio-locator.com/ to find about any kind of radio you like.

Hope this helps.
