Does some know a web site called www.trafficdeliver.com?

Has some one used it? remember, its deliver with out an "S" at the end.

You can check out the domain registration information for any site at http://www.internic.net - it can tell you some things about a website that are good to know. In this case, the site is registered to a fake address, with an incorrect phone number to a guy using a yahoo.com email address. Does that tell you anything?
