Freezing pancakes....
I make about 100 pancakes on Saturday morning and freeze them for the following week. I get sausage links and a foam plate. 3 pancakes and 2 links on a foam plate and wrap it and put it in the chest freezer. I also make 6 pans of biscuits and freeze them. That way I have breakfast that can be ready in less then 55 sec. It comes in handy too.

One day I applied for my Passport for no reason & it led to a chain reaction & I ended up taking a 2 week holiday to London.

I wanted to have kids. Just one day I thought of it, and my current girl was all for it. Was I in over my head.........a little bit....
but I'm getting the hang of this, and I don't regret it for a second.
