You need to know HTML atleast , which is Hypertex markup language, use to develop web pages, All the web page are written in html or other languages like ASP.net,XML or else . The first page is called home page you can link all the web pages of your site to this page. After designing and coding go to some WEBSITE Hosting Company, near you, ask them about hosting your website, depending upon the space your pages take, they will charge u accordingly. You can also handoverthis work to some small company in your city which can arrange you everything from coding to host website, Normal rent of hosting a site is INR 200/- per month.If you want to develop site then plz contact me- vishaljeetdogra@yahoo.com. Depends on how indepth you are wanting to go.... Frontpage and Dreamweaver are both excellent programs for website design, however, when I was learning to design websites I did all mine strictly by HTML code... However, there are many web services out there that give you the tools needed to design a website without having any coding knowledge.
