So you all admit the Indians killed each other , huh? They stole and raped little girls and ate little boys, right?

Some of us who are studying to be historians realize the insanity of allowing the PC-writing of history. Some of us want to tell the WHOLE story, with all of it's warts.

As for the teaching of it now? College offers the best courses and yes, this is covered in some curriculum's.

Yes of course they teach these things. Try reading your history books. The courses even teach about the Aztecs and how brutal they were to their neighbors. Written history was not as common until the Europeans arrived, so we have much better records of what happened from there forward, and how cruel the Europeans were to the Native Americans.

No. America was isolationist, ethocentric through most of its existence. Forty years ago, my big time college offered 1 course on the entire Asian field and none on Africa or South America.
Now we are allowed to teach "true" history to the extent the given group wants it taught.
And...the scary question, who shall write our history. History suggests the victors.

I think a lot of editing has been done in history to match the politics of the country in which it has been taught. Now we have come to know there are a lot of lie in which we have learned at schools
