Please, no sicko answers, i am married and do not enjoy the thought of other people.... but, I am getting sleepy but don't want to go to bed and end up tossing and turning for hours (like usual). Give me something to think about that will help me fall asleep and give me pleasant dreams.

once upon a time i wish i could sleep but a6 month old baby who was getting teeth would cry every hour and cry then go to seelp next hour cry then go to sleep.............

Once upon a time in a land far away, there was this lady that really needed to hit the hay.
Toss and turn was all she could do,
so she decided to get up and sign into yahoo.
There she found friends with problems galore,
so she sat and typed, typed and typed some more.
She eventually got bored and and her back got sore,
so she decided to try the bed once more.
She counted stars and she counted sheep,
eventually she let a big one a fell right asleep!

Think of lapping waves on a Bahama beach. Afternoon sun lying low on the horizon, whispy clouds dotting the sky, a cute pink drink in your hand with a cute little umbrella in it. Your honey laughing in the water, begging you to come in, you smile, and tell him how adorable he looks there, and that you're enjoying this perfect moment.
Him, in the water, backlit by a beautiful orange sunset... Contemplating the meaning of life... And smiling...

I think reading books will help you...read tuesdays with morrie if you like,or chickensoup for the soul before you sleep... or sing until you fell asleep.
