Become a Muslim and marry your partner. Or if you live in India ( which you probably do ) marry him under the Special Marriages Act. Here conversion to Islam is not necessary.Good luck, Shaily!

this is a age old problem see such people for ur help.1`st c that ur r very very understanding & comitted to each other,as ur the one who have to live after u get ok from parents .Next convince ur parents for without them u can`t have been here for all reasons.SO don`t get cross with them,u should be able to convince patiently & tell them u will not run away/go against them at any cost so c that u get ur parents consent for ur future life.good luck.

SInce this is placed under DANCING, at first I thought you're talking about dance partner.
Well, it is your decision - either try and see if your parents will accept him. Be prepared that they won't. In this case, you either run away with him, or leave him. It won't be just your parents who won't accept it. You will be going against a lot of social pressure. It is hard, but possible. best thing would be to move away (when you're adult enough to support yourself)

My first response would be to run away and marry him - but I do not live in your world. I live in the states - where that is exactly what a couple that was is love would do. That is one of the things that is wonderful about this country - FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
