I feel like this sentence is very sucked. It is long, and not looking good.

Other possible solutions were that Cisco could have a reward system for employees who didn't drive, or put campus shuttles near the Bart stations or Caltrain stations that would take the employees directly to the site.

Another possible solution was that Cisco could have a reward system for those who didn't drive.
Campus shuttles could also be placed near the Bart or Caltrain stations so that non-driving employees could be taken directly to the site.

Other possible solutions were that Cisco could have a reward system for the employees who did not drive. They could have also put campus shuttles near the Bart stations or Caltrain stations that would take the employees directly to the site.

Wow, there is a lot of bad advice on this one. I wish people wouldn't offer advice on things they obviously have no idea about.

familymember- you don't number items in a professional paper.
Sunny- Same goes for you, you would never see that in a professional journal.
Syd- Your effort to break up the run-on sentence resulted in to incorrect sentences.

Don't worry about it being a "run-on" sentence, this is obviously not kindergarten writing.

"Cisco's other possible solutions included instituting a reward system for employees who didn't drive, and placing campus shuttles near the bart stations or Caltrain stations to transport employees directly to the site."

An "organizing" project perhaps?
