Ther ARE positive things happening in this world. Why does the media focus so on the negative? It's the same with the newspaper and tv news.

I se another person after my own heart! Yes you are right too much is written and shown about the negatives happening around the world than the positives! Seems people are becoming extremely cynic or reverted to only gossipy kind of news and that is what all news agencies are catering to! So I read most offen the Science page and then graduate straight to Comics 'cos there is not much to read about in the world except death, dying , lying and deception!

Get used to this: Negative sells.

I see it all the time here in Sandusky. All the time we're hearing about shootings and such but there are many events that get overlooked. People write letters to the editor about why their event didn't get a mention. I think more positives should be on the front page but most people are base line crude ones and they need more and more sensational headlines to quench their appetite for destruction.
