YES! Totally true. Some can be good and some can be real bad but all are lost. They all need something that they cannot get on thier own to pass through. You may even encounter one someday that will ask you to do something for them. Dosen't make them a demon does it? Maybe , you be the judge when you experience it. Don't be afraid! Yes the concept is true. there are many stories that are not made up tales just to scare people with to deny the existence of Earth bound spirits. most are lost as their physical life ended quickly and they don't realize that they are dead or they my have to much attachment to a particular place to want to cross over.
they are neither good or bad in the sense that you are thinking . some just have a stronger sense oft his is my house or some type of property and you don't belong there as you are the trespassers.

If I ever see a ghost I will definitely get angina and the poor ghost will be even more terrified
as we both will not survive the heart attach, it would be nice to have a second brand new life
