How exactly are the "republican facists" "profiting" from the war on Terror?
As I recall, Haliburton's subsidiary KBR has lost some of their contracts with the military, and some others will be open to other bidders.
If we were going to "profit" from this war- wouldn't we be taking over the oil fields - leasing them - or just flat out giving them to "coperate buddies" of the Bushes - and using that to reduce the cost of gasoline in the US?
I realize that asking questions like this makes you feel all noble and superior - but really, if Bush was doing this for the "profit" - he'd be conducting a much different war - and we wouldn't still be in Iraq.
The Iraq war is also hurting Bush politically. If all he cared about was "future generations of republican facists" - he wouldn't be in Iraq - he'd just bomb the hell out of it and do air strikes and unmanned vehicles - and not put human lives at risk.

I think your question shows you're on the right track...With everything being privatized business, so are corporations involved in manufacturing weaponry, and what's better than war and tension to have the taxes of US citizens and other nations go their way for the purchase of their goodies. It just so happens that the Republicans are more representative of the military aspect of the military/industrial complex. There are other reasons, like the Zionists which comprises a vast majority of western world jewry, and they've managed to have a stronghold on American policy...why don't you do research in these areas.

It is my opinion that the war in Iraq was a mistake, however, Al Quida has made its objective to not have us succeed in Iraq. If Al Quida succeeds in Iraq, then the U.S. is the next target. This is not Bush talking, it is your buddy Osama Bin Laden.
