I don't think it has anything to do with anything rubbing against eachother. Can it just be hormones within the body?

Any kind of strenuous activity {such as jogging and sexual activity} causes the release of adrenaline in your bloodstream, making your blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rates to go up, as well as also increasing blood flow to the organs of your lower body. These may trigger pleasurable responses in your brain, and your body responds accordingly. In fact, anything that makes you feel stimulated can trigger an orgasm. Ask any massage technician or trainer at a gym; they'll be able to share some tales of women {and men} climaxing on the massage table, the treadmill, even the elliptical machine. As a nurse, I've personally seen the telltale tremors in the pelvic region while the gyno is collecting a PAP-smear sample!

This is all mostly based on logic.

Some women have reported in studies that they are able to reach orgasm purely through fantasization. This fact, coupled with an uncommon hormonal "high" could potentially bring about a climax. Also, when jogging, the "bouncing" of a woman's breasts, coupled with slight rubbing of the labia and/or clitoris against eachother or the material of the jogging shorts, could cause sexual stimulation slight enough not be cosciously noticed, but over a period of time it could lead to orgasm, especially if it was in conjunction with aforementioned fantasies and hormonal "highs."

Note: these "fantasies" may even be subconscious, and this is ALMOST ALL logic, not cold, hard scientific fact.

Buddy what I would give to be as sensative as that. Do you know what us men have to do to have an orgasm??? Personally, it's just so damn hard that sometimes I've given up on it entirely. All I can say is, if this happens to you, then who needs the hand or the man? Just go for a jog and soak your shreddies.

Elevated heart rate and elevated adrenaline will make it much easier for a woman to achieve orgasm. That combined with the stimulation of your labia rubbing against your clitoris could have done it.
