i have a windows media player 10,my daughter played with it one day and know they sound like chimp munks,i've done everything it says to do but nothing works.

go to now playing. Click on View>>enhancements>>play speed settings and click normal

If all else fails, go to add/remove programs, delete it and install media player again.
