If I came to american for money and a good job, why would I waste my time on living on welfare for the next ten years before I could get a job?

Why do white women not have their first baby until 32? dont they know the are at risk for down babies?

That's a myth, a lot of BS, about babies born to women at age 32 + at risk for Downs Syndrome.

Second, some white women have wised up; it's not worth having children at a young age especially if they do not want kids at all.

Only one in 5??? Looking around it seems more like 4 out of 5.
They do it for the welfare money and so they can have American born children.
As for white women.. not all of us wait til we are 32+. I am having my first at 19 and want to have another @ 25. I would rather have children young so I am still under 50 when they move out.
p.s. women 32+ are not at higher risk for down syndrome babies. Down syndrome is a genetic disease that has nothing to do with age/ race.

The age of consent in Mexico is 12. So of course they start having babies young and usually have 4 or 5 by the time they're 20 years old. Many white women (not all) wait to have children after they have finished getting their Masters Degrees and have a good income, possibly a house and are financially stable. Not always the best time to start a family, however.

The US overall has a very high teen pregnancy rate, above 7 percent of women 15 to 19, that's about 10 times higher than the best European (Switzerland, the Netherlands) or Asian (Korea) countries.

The main reason as far as I'm concerned is that there is barely any sexual education, and that in may communities it is even considered taboo to just discuss basic things such as contraception.

Now of course, within that ridiculously high figure of 10x more than what best countries do, there are variations, typically according to education levels. I don't have the data but maybe you're right, maybe the rate for Hispanics is as high as 20 percent?

Bottom-line: why not introduce, in all high-schools, a compulsory "sexual education" class, maybe 5 periods (no pun intended) in total, where competent adults would explain to teenagers the basics of sex, pregnancy, contraception, and the like? The cost would be very modest, compared to the benefit.

I can't speak for hispanic women, but as a white woman, I can say that I am having my first baby at 24. Not all white women wait until 32. That's a pretty broad general statement to make.

I'm Mexican not hispanic and I'm 25, no kids, i have 4 brothers and guess what? no kids, aaaaannd, we all have great paying jobs, my youngest brother makes 33k+ a year and he's second year college. Oh I'm sorry were you speaking of the Illegals who came this country without an educaion, money, a home waiting for them, no knowledge of what's awaiting on the other side??
