yes, it's for real. i saw a "making of..." special. the whole thing is real, as are his reactions and those of his friends who are watching. "you couldn't script screams like that," they said.

I've asked friends the same question everyone thought it was real. Either that or the acting and special effects were very realistic.

i saw in an interview they were truly doing it right then.. no special effects!! Pretty Crazy huh?

When he was on Ellen - the tv talk show, he said they were actually doing it while filming - and that it hurt ALOT!
