Have you tried flylady.net? It's all about routines and daily things for only 15 minutes at a time.

The best way is to have a deep cleaning of your house...then after that just take the time you watch a tv show to keep it clean.

Just keep your area clean, if they want to live like pigs.Let them! Save some money and move out.
