Few people do. You just have to be really good. First you need the talent, then you need the drive, then you need to master it like no man, woman, or child on Earth has ever done before. After all that, then you need to do everything you can to get recognized, otherwise even though you are the best in the world, nobody will know it and you won't get the "title" to go with it.
