If done properly laser hair removal is permanent.
Laser Hair Removal
Procedure & Results
Laser hair removal can be used on any part of the body except the region close to the eyes. You can get hair removed from your legs, chest, back, shoulders, bikini area, etc. The duration of treatment will depend upon the total area of hair removal. Although laser removal is called painless, most of the clinics use local anesthetics and sometimes sedation.
The treatment is repeated after some weeks. Normally you may have to be treated three times for complete treatment. The number of treatments and the gap between treatments will depend upon your hair type, skin type, hair growth cycle, etc. As hair grows in cycles, more treatments are needed to eliminate all the hair from a particular area. Laser treatment is not considered a permanent hair removal method, but the future hair growth may be much less and much finer. You should discuss about these issues with the technician in detail.

Laser hair removal is one of the most commonly sought after hair removal techniques in Australia. There is no denying that the technique is quite expensive, wherein, the client is expected to shell out some good bucks, but the results are really great and long-lasting. Even the deepest hair tends to get removed if done by a professional. Also, it is the quality of the machine/equipment that matters. Australian Aesthetic Devices has been known to provide some highest quality equipment for years. Also, the number of treatments required in laser technique is far lesser than needed in IPL treatment.
There is nothing like permanent hair removal, however, it is just that post laser technique, the growth of hair slows down considerably; also, the new hair are usually lighter and thinner.

Laser hair removal can be permanent, as lasers create a beam of highly concentrated light that penetrates deep into the skin where it delivers a controlled amount of therapeutic heat.
This light energy is absorbed by the pigment located in the hair follicles. The laser pulses for a fraction of a second, just long enough to destroy numerous follicles at a time and leaves the surrounding skin unaffected.
Factors like heredity, hormone imbalances and reactions to medications can also determine the results, So follow up visits may be needed to treat regrowth and to maintain the results.

If you've always wanted a smooth appearance on your face, arms, chest, legs, or underarms, laser hair removal can safely and effectively remove hair permanently on any area of the body no matter how delicate or sensitive. It would be inaccurate to say that this procedure is 100% permanent all the time because people's bodies are different and there are all sorts of variations that need to be taken into account. They hair will not return with laser hair removal. Just to let you know; when you have laser hair removal and you have a lot of hair it will take some time to remove all the hair, due to the surgery being painful. Good Luck!

The FDA doesn't classify Laser Hair Removal as a permanent hair removal method, but calls it a permanent method of hair reduction. There is a big difference between claiming permanent hair removal and permanent hair reduction, permanent hair removal implies that it has been established as the complete destruction of a hair follicle's ability to regenerate and grow hair. Whereas with permanent hair reduction you may seem some regrowth of fine, thin hairs. It meaning that you'll eventually experience hair growth after a laser hair removal procedure.
This is largely due to the fact that laser can not really kill the follicles, it only forces the follicles into a prolonged dormancy and doesn't remove the follicle from the skin. According to the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the laser emits a low-energy beam of light that penetrates the skin. This energy is then absorbed by the melanin responsible for the pigmentation of the hair, heating the follicle and essentially destroying its structure. The hair is removed, but the follicle remains intact.
Generally, you will need to follow through with 4 to 6 laser treatments to gain the best length of results possible. In patients with white or blond hair, complete regrowth is likely within about a year. In patients with dark hair and light skin, hair will be kept at bay for up to 2 years because the darker hair can absorb more heat from the laser. The results will depend on your natural hair color and your body as a whole
Typically, a person with fair skin and lighter colored hair will be able to remain hair free longer than someone who has dark colored hair. If you have dark hair, don't let it persuade you to not go forward with treatment, it just means that you may need more treatments, and that there is potential for you to have hair back sooner.
A younger woman may have faster hair regrowth than an older lady. A person who has their underarms, legs, or eyebrows done will have different growth rates because eyebrows grow slower than underarm hair and leg hair.
Facial hair on a man of twenty will return faster than an older man who has the exact same procedure done with the same technology. If he has coarse hair, he may need more treatments to remove the hair than someone with finer hair.
Over time, scattered hairs may re-grow and the hair is now at a tolerable thickness and darkness, so areas may be less bothersome even when the hair grows back. You may opt for annual maintenance sessions to deter full regrowth.

Laser hair removal in Dubai works best for people with dark and coarse hair. The treatment is most effective in a case where the color of the hair is darker than the skin color. Newer laser technologies also works well for people with darker skin tones. Further info visit on http://www.dubailasertreatment.com/treatments/laser-hair-removal/
