i had a child 3 years ago and i have gained 50 something pounds since 05 and its all in my stomach, it wont spread. i keep on gaining but now my boobs just rest on my belly w/o a bra. i just want them to be a lil bigger

Try this exercise: stand with your arms bent at the elbows and hands clasped in front of you; press your hands together as hard as you can, hold to the count of five and release; repeat 10 times. Try to do this exercise three to four times per day, to increase the tone of your pectoral muscles. With time and patience, your breasts should get perkier, like you got a "breast lift". But for a really noticeable change, you may need implants.

some chest exercises might help a little, its according to your age, you might not be done growing, getting pregnant helps some women get bigger, it sure did me, and also simply gaining weight, i went from a 32A to a 44DDD but im fat and old now. its all a trade off. pills no.

It's a myth that you can change the size of your breasts through exercise...either get pregnant...or gain lots and lots of weight.
