Is it ok to go for a walk with someone of the opposite sex if you are married to someone else? Can it be pure innocent freindship if you are both of the same age? Is it disrespectful toward the married persons spouse?

I don't know... you will have to answer whether or not it can be pure and innocent. That depends wholly on your intentions.

While it is possible that a man and a woman can be friends, enjoy each other's company, and engage in activities without getting involved, there will always be temptation. As the two of you get to know each other better your understanding and familiarity will form a bond of intimacy to some degree or another.

Ultimately, so long as you do not cheat on your spouse, it is ok. But please make sure that he/she is ok with this and keep them informed!

Yes, it's perfectly OK to have friends of the opposite sex as long as they are ONLY friends. Friendship is friendship. It doesn't recognize sex. I have many female friends, but that's all they are. They know it, I know it, and my wife knows it.

It's not "proper", and is often seen as disrespectful to the one you are with. Unless it's a family member, I would advise against it. It almost always leads to suspicion or conflict with your significant other.

Probably. Tempting, I know. But, it is asking for trouble. Why not ask both or one of the spouses to join you?

Of course not! It would be purely platonic and it's not like the other person is going to jump you for sex.
