Boyfriend-there shouldn't be an age to have a boyfriend have one when you really have strong feelings for that person, when you are sure he has strong feelings for you cause you don't want to get hurt, and make sure you are completely sure you are ready for a boyfriend.
Kiss-kinda the same thing i said about the boyfriend make sure you both have strong feelings for each other, the right place, the right time, right mood blah blah blah. and make sure he's not having a bet with his friends about who can kiss a girl first cause some guys are jerks like that. GOOD LUCK! finding the first boyfriend and your first kiss!

i think you should be at least 16 before you have a boyfriend, and you've matured enough to understand that in highschool you really dont need a boyfriend. When you have a boyfriend you can kiss.

truly never had a real boyfriend... my first kiss was last November when I was 16 (now 17)

13 for both. lots of people say dating that young is pointless but its no big deal. your just having fun..its not like your gonna get married. its just like having a best friend but you can count on them more and have more fun with. ;)

i don't think it has something to do with how old or young a person is. what matters is your level of maturity. if you are matured enough to be selfless, only then are you ready for a relationship... GOD bless...:)
