No friendship is not a farce. A good rule of thumb about loaning money is this. If you can't afford to give it away, then don't loan it. (that's because that's exactly what may happen.)

Never loan money to friends. It'll wreck a friendship.

You are mistaken Friendship is not farce. But those who cheated you were never your friend They simply used your sentiment to get their own work done .Never mind .Remember life always teaches us a lesson. So you should move ahead but learn not to trust anyone blindly and especially in case of money as money corrupts a man. As I can think you are a self made man try hard and establish yourself again. Never hold any negative grudge against other.Best of luck

Did u lend money to your "friends" before or after u decided that u want to have a relationship with a married female relative? Either way, you seem to have been taught a lesson.

I would seriously advise u to go for a week's retreat to Divine Retreat Centre in Chalakudy, Kerala. There u will learn what is good and bad. Their website is www.drcm.org... I strongly advise to do this.

How Much?
Under a certain frame of time, if you are truly being cheated and there is proof of a loan (i.e written, signed, dated, talks of payment plan) you can seek legal action. Depending on how you hold yourself you might not need a laywer, just familliarize yourself with a few cases so that you know what to say. Now if it is just a small amount of money.....You see how your friends treated you......Maybe you just paid them to get the f**k out of your life and now you'll never have to deal with them again....Was it worth it?

Pretty much so. Unfortunately friends will use you especially where money is concerned. Just take what you have learned from the and move on, that is about all you can do. Best of luck.

Duh, yeah!!! Well, first of all what was your agreement? Did they agree to pay you back and when and how. If they refuse to pay you back and you have tried to collect, take them to small claims court. You don't need a lawyer for that, just go to the court house and fill out the papers. If you are now having financial problems and they haven't tried to pay you anything, they are not your friends. Even if they didn't sign anything you still have a chance in small claims court. Good Luck!! Friends like that you don't need enemies.

Choose your friends wisely and well. Know them for a long time before you start doing favors or putting yourself out. Beware those who want something from you - besides time and company.

Always, always, take care of yourself and your family first.

No, friendship is not farce. Just lend money if it is your excess . If you have debt don't lend money, even to relatives because that money is not yours anymore.

a valuable lesson to learn. next time u loan someone, get it in writing and have it notarize, so that way, when they don't pay you back u can take them to a small court to get your money back. it's sad that people who borrows money from friends doesn't pay back, in this case, they are not truly your friends. good luck, i hope your problem will get resolve.
